We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully content with your purchase, we offer a 30 – day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. When contacting us, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

How to Start a Return

You can initiate a return by reaching out to our customer service team at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Information

  • Defective Products: If the product is defective, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. This means you can return the item free of charge.
  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Costs

  • Defective Products: Contact us for assistance with repairs or replacements. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will send a replacement.
  • Customer Remorse: You can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. However, shipping costs are non – refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellation

If your order is canceled due to unavailability or another reason, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
